Topshop Nails

It's been a while since I've done a nail polish post. I don't go out and buy nail colours that much these days as I don't often have the time to sit and patiently paint my nails!

This is a Topshop colour in Parma Violet, the name is perfectly fitting for the colour don't you think? It's a gorgeous pastel, milky violet that is perfect for Spring! I love this colour because I'm not much of a fan of very bright colours, so this is perfect for giving me a pop of colour without being over the top.

You need at least two coats for an opaque colour as it can be a bit streaky. Drying time is fairly moderate so long as you don't apply a thick coat (obviously with any nail polish, applying a thick coat will only result in longer drying time, no good for impatient people like me!).

Use a top coat and this lasts for a good few days, though mine chip sooner than that because I'm always careless with trying not to chip my nails. How ladylike of me. These are decently priced for what they are, for £5 a pop, I'd say that's fairly good and Topshop have a great range of nail colours. Here is Parma Violet, but be sure to check out their other colours too! They have nice metallics and glitters too. You can also buy 2 for £8, I'm not sure if this offer is always on...nonetheless, it is a good one!
