Boots Botanics - Hydrating Eye Cream Radiant Youth
I have been using eye cream for a while not. Not because my eyes are enveloped in wrinkles or anything- I just like the idea of having a cream that's specifically for the delicate eye area.
And I suppose keeping the eye area moisturised will help combat premature ageing a little in the long run, but as I said, not too bothered about that.
Some eye creams are SUPER expensive...I suppose it's because they have all these fancy chemicals to really combat wrinkles and fine lines. This one was one of the less expensive ones I could find- at around the £8-9 price point compared to it's fellow eye creams which ranged from anywhere between £20 and £30. Just a little bit steep for a student!
So far, I have been liking this ALOT. It doesn't irritate my eyes at all, is fragrance free, applies like a dream and sinks in really easy- vigorous rubbing is most definitely not needed!!!
Obviously results aren't instant and I feel that unless you're spending tons of money on an eye cream, it isn't necessarily going to do a great deal to fine lines etc. I feel like drug store eye creams are more like a really good cream that's nice and delicate for the eye area that helps smooth skin and keep the eye area moisturised.
This stuff makes my eyes feel so hydrated and refreshed. It does say on the box that the colour of the product my vary inside because there are natural ingredients in it, but don't let that put you off. It's a lovely product and I highly recommend this if you're on the lookout for a new eye cream.
Get it here from the Boots website or just pop instore :) It's less than £9 so can't really complain! And knowing Boots, there's probably going to be a deal on whether it's cheaper or it's in a 3 for 2 skin care deal!
