Here are a couple of Estee Lauder bits:
This lovely little number is a single eyeshadow- cutely named, Tea Biscuit. The name is perfect because the way I would describe this shade is "it is a very light, shimmery biscuit-y colour". Very shimmery and soft...it's the perfect highlight or easy all-over-the-lid colour.

Next up is a very girly couple of colours. I find pink a very difficult colour to wear in general, but the magenta pink on the right is the most beautiful pink shade I have ever come across. It looks like the pink colour of...I don't know...a pretty purple/pink flower. So very beautifully raw. The shade on the left is a bog-standard shimmery light pink which is useful for highlighting. It's not as soft as the deeper pink but both are soft, pigmented and very very shimmery.

Thank goodness for these little palettes that my mum's friend's (who don't use make up) gave to me. It means I get to try out higher-end products without stretching the difficult uni-life budget :D
