Barry M Nail Paint Review (no.2)
Good day :) I added another nail paint to me 'collection' This is 'Gold' number 289, a shimmery gold polish. This is alot more sheer than the 'Blue Glitter' (which I did a review on in a previous post) and I like it, but just not as much.

You definitely need two coats to get a more solid colour as one coat is rather sheer, but obviously if you don't want it to be too bold then I guess you're a-okay. I find that this is also quite runny/watery - if that makes any sense- which is why the colour pay off is not as good as I expected it to be and it isn't very 'creamy' which some of the other colours are. Due to the thin consistency I feel it does not take as long to dry, then again, most of the Barry M nail paints don't take more than a couple of minutes to dry anyway.
The colour itself is more of a yellow-toned gold rather than a pure gold. In certain lightings it does look more like a yellow. If you are not fond of the colour on its own then you can always use it on top of another colour just to add a bit of gold shimmer.
I am still hunting for that red glittery one....the mission continues xx
