I Love Sheet Masks!
With the winter months over, it is time to re-nourish our skin, get some moisture back in our faces to prepare for a lovely spring-time glow!
I love to use sheet masks before I go to sleep (with a clean face of course!) and let my face soak up all the moisturising goodness during the night. I wake up with very moisturised an soft skin in the morning! ]
You don't have to use these right before bed. Lots of people like to take these to use in aeroplanes because skin can dry out more easily when you're up in the air. I've done this before and to be honest, it's a nifty little trick to stop your skin from drying out. Slap one of these on and fall asleep!
I like using these when I've had a shower and have time before I have to leave the house. I'll put one on for about 30 minutes or so and read a book, watch some YouTube vids or just surf the internet. These make nourishing the skin very easy but they also feel really nice an d refreshing too! They are a staple during the summer time too- there's nothing like slapping a cool mask onto a warm face to cool down.
I tend to get my face masks sent to me from HongKong by my aunt because you don't get these kind of things readily available here in the UK- which is a real shame. Whenever I go to HongKong I'll stock up on these from 'Sasa' (a very popular drug store in HongKong). They cost about £0.50 each. Well worth every penny!
Prices vary depending on where you purchase these, what brand they are, and the quality of the ingredients. I'm sure you can search and buy these online~
If you haven't tried these before then you are seriously missing out! It's like a mini facial/treatment in a packet. They're light and can be taken anywhere to be used.
Hope I've managed to sell face masks to you as I really do recommend them.
I am so nervous about my uni exams coming up...I'm stressed and it's doing my skin no favours :( face masks are helping though!
I hope you're all enjoying the spring time! xx
